Return & Refund Policy

At MommEase, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

 Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or wrong.

 Exchanges

• If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost.
• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

 Refunds 

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
